Kristen Noel Kristy Swanson gained world-wide recognition as Buffy Summers. In the popular film Buffy the Vampire Slayer, she portrayed Rebecca Becky Granger. She was born in California and began her interest in acting when she was a young child. She began her career in the field of advertising, where she appeared in several commercials. She first appeared on the screen in 1984 during NBCs It's Your Move episode. The big screen debut was just two years later in the romance show Pretty in Pink. Swan, known for her breathless voice and blonde hairlisp has been playing side roles in the last few years.
