Felicity Jones was born in England and is most well-known as the actress who was Jane Hawking on the critically-acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. Jones began acting at the age of 12 and was a part of many plays, TV shows, and films. Jones started her career as an actor with the TV movie The Treasure Seekers. Following that she made an appearance in The Worst Witch as Ethel Hallow and in Weirdsisters College. In her film debut Flashbacks of a Fool she played Young Ruth and went on to be featured in numerous films. Her acting made her famous through films like The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. She was nominated for an Oscar for the first time due to her character in the role of wife to Stephen Hawking's character on The Theory of Everything. Jones received a lot of praise by critics and fans for her performance in the role of Hawking's former wife. It was based upon the life story of Stephen Hawking. She was then seen in Inferno which was a horror film that starred Tom Hanks. Jones was awarded an award called the British Artist of year award in the year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles. The award was given for her extraordinary ability and contributions to film.
